During shoots, we generally perform the following tasks (depending on requirements)

Research / Editorial

Proposing and writing topics, reporting real information from the field, …

Scouting

Manage the various on-site scouting operations in order to be as close as possible to the editorial part of the project

Castings

Manage local castings to find the right characters to follow

Authorizations

Management of the various filming authorizations and permits required. Film commission, customs, drone, etc…

Technical

DOP, ingénieur du son, droniste, traducteur, construction de décors, hair and make-up, …

Logistic

Total logistics management during the shoot (transport, accommodation, food, etc.)

Culture

Explain to crews the social and cultural contexts of shooting locations, the customs and traditions to be respected

Translations

Real-time translation during interviews / Translation of rushes

Unforeseen

Adapt in real time to unforeseen situations that may arise during filming.

Pre-production
1 month of upstream preparation. Film and drone commission permits, customs management. Research of subjects and characters. On-site location scouting. Coordination of all sequences.

Filming
10 days of shooting in 5 different locations. Night shooting, using trap cameras and night cameras. Live translation.
